At Hirotaka Jewelry, we strive for complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely pleased, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the jewelry in its original designer box and protective pouch, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and tags are included.

  Secure Shipment

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is securely sealed.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our artisans will inspect the piece for quality assurance before processing your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
